This document sets out all the rules and guidelines for using the 93 ok platform. Please read it carefully before using the service.

2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may create only one account. If the same person or members of the same household operate multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited. Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory.

Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; to withdraw that bonus, ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 in wagering must be completed. A bonus must never be treated as free cash.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Each bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete. A specific maximum bet limit may apply during the wagering period.
4.3 VIP Program
93 ok's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week. You can move up to a higher tier through consistent active play.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
If abuse of the bonus system is identified — such as creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting or fraudulent activity — all bonuses will be cancelled and the account will be permanently closed. 93 ok reserves the final right to grant or cancel any bonus.
Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Validity of Bets
All bets are considered valid only after electronic confirmation. Incomplete bets caused by server issues or disconnection will be settled according to the applicable rules. Displayed odds may change — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
5.2 Game Errors and Technical Issues
Incorrect payouts or incorrect odds resulting from software errors or technical problems will be considered void. In such cases 93 ok reserves the right to cancel or correct the relevant transaction. If a user knowingly exploits a system error, the account will be permanently closed.
5.3 Sports Betting
For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football and other sporting events, the official result declared by the organising body is final. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets are generally refunded, though the rules for specific markets may differ.
5.4 Live Casino and Slots
The RTP (Return to Player) for live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti) and slot games is audited by third parties. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator — a fully impartial process.
